Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

I didnt like the ending at all,altho i was kinda expecting it. but them being all dead is just bout as crap as the 'it was all a dream' endings. sigh,they just feel rushed and un-imaginative..

Yeah, the "they're all dead" ending looked like the one in the 2008 film, Passengers and I'd expect more from the LOST creators than that.

anyway the explanation on what that fucking island is was kind of lame ...so there was a light in the center of the island? and if its out its all over...soo did they saved the world or just the island? and all the lose ends :\ oh well it was still kind of a good ending...and an awesome show overall

I dug the ending too. As far as all the loose ends and not explaining clearly what he island was, I think it was a good thing. The whole series was about a couple of different themes, the main one being light vs darknes, or good vs evil etc. The other one that I think is just as important was the "Man of Science" vs "Man of Faith" dynamic. Jack was science, Locke was faith. Jack wanted answers and thought that there was a reason behind everything that he wanted to know. Locke, believed the island brought them there, and for a purpose. He never really asked why, he just did what he thought the island wanted him to do. Jack never could accept that....until the end. The final season was Jack finishing what Locke started, and ultimately having faith in the things he wasn't in control of. He believed the island was special, he believed he had a purpose. Etc etc.

I think the writers did a fantastic job of essentially breaking the 4th wall with their ending. They stayed true to the series by leaving some mysteries intact, and in doing so, require their viewers to all become "men of faith" that we just have to accept that the island is SOMETHING, and it has done some amazing things that we witnessed as proof, but we cannot say for sure what it is, just rather believe that it is something exceptional.
In life we have to have faith in the things we cannot get real tangible scientific answers for, and by not revealing any answers, we too made the same journey Jack did. The entire series everyone wanted answers, as did Jack, and that suspense built up, and Jack had to let go of that and have faith, and so do we.

I guess in the "they're dead in the flashsideways argument" the island loses its significance.

I thought blowing up the bomb in the 70's gave them all a chance at redemption because they were clearly living better lives but Christian's conversation with Jack shot that to hell.

Yeah, I thought the flashsideways was the result of them blowing up the bomb and sinking the island (statue's feet under water). And all that has happened after it in the island was just loose ends/a chance at redemption to be synchronized with their new lives upon realization.

some before jack (like locke) others after jack... the sideways flashes hapens (in my opinion) long after jack dies in the island... but man, thats just me, its no surprise that the series keep this unanswered questions.. but thats what i come up with after watching it.
