Is there any cartoon show on tv that you prevent your kids from watching?

A lot of stuff on Disney Channel, like My Life Me, Totally Spies, Kick... (something).
And, I know this should be a given, but when I was a teacher, I had so many kids with irresponsible parents who let them watch cartoons meant for adults like The Simpsons and Family Guy. Those are the same kids who are allowed to play Grand Theft Auto at 3rd grade.
No TV for kids until certain age. These days they ram various brainwashing adds that can be harmful for kids mental and creative development. But if we do come down to showing them DVDs, they'll have right to watch toons one hour in evening, unless it's stuff like Ben ten. Of course, pre-watched by parent.
No Ben Ten for 'em till they are 9 or 10, I saw very violent development on kids when parents show them unappropriated toons when they are 4, usually destructive behavior. Kids until that age should watch stuff that gives them awearnes that they are not center of universe.
Cartoon wise, I think I'd let them watch almost anything, trying to avoid those "uncomfortable questions" is kind of insulting to their intelligence.
But I hope I can keep her away from teletubbies, those things are so creepy.
