Is it just me or is Sela Ward really too laid back for the show? It's like watching a pretty version of Snoop Dogg whenever she's around. Though Kanakaredes is a little bony for my taste, her rpm is really at par with the rest of the cast.
Also.
I can't believe I've had ZERO crashes today. All the technician could do last night was scan my memory for errors and my hard drive for bad sectors. My motherboard and power supply still need to be replaced but, that could take some time.
It is so refreshing to see my good ol' PC operate like old times without me sweating over an hour just to get it to boot x times a day.
Anyway, back to work. I have a lot of catching up to do.
Never was a big fan of CSI:NY, Gary Sinise is just always seemed like an odd choice. After watching it a couple of times he didn't seem quite as weird, but then none of the cast members really mesh well at least not to me making it boring. Truth be told Melina Kanakaredes is the only reason I ever tuned into the show to begin with. She's a little thin for me, generally speaking as well, but the woman is just beautiful like iconic beautiful.
With Grisham...The original. Without Grisham CSI:Miami
I have to admit though CSI:Miami really has gotten pretty good for me. Probably my favorite television program. Definitely feels like Miami and I like the stories. I've even gotten accustomed the the ultra corny Horatio Cane.
"I've even gotten accustomed the the ultra corny Horatio Cane."
That's what ruining the show for me, I can't get used to that Horatio guy, his glasses bit and the corny voice. But the stories, based on a few episodes I've seen are just as gritty as NY.
Yeah I'm not too fond of her, they play up the tough, mysterious FBI connections too much and she's just gotten annoying. At least the Stella character had real personality.
"they play up the tough, mysterious FBI connections too much and she's just gotten annoying." -- Exactly, exactly. That was starting to annoy me too. It was weird hearing that every now and then we see her all bubbly, flirty and relaxed like. Like they were talking about a different person.

I'm excited about the commission, if you haven't noticed.
