This is a Gift-art to my friend, =WOLVERINE76 of his superhero OC's .
When I did this, I wasn't too knowledgeable and way too apprehensive to add chrome effects on the guy on the left, so... it ended up looking like the other guy was about to smash him with a vehicle for walking around the street naked. WTF

Whenever I see Kapitan Bandila, naiisip ko ang Ultraverse's Prime, would be cool seeing them fight each other
